This policy explains what personal information Apollo Group TV (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit apollogroupstv.tv, ask for a free trial, order a plan or contact us. It also explains why we use it, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to send your trial, handle your order, run your line and answer your questions.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time through the contact form or on WhatsApp.
1. Information we collect
Details you give us
- Free trial form: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus your WhatsApp number if you choose to add it.
- Orders: your name, email address and WhatsApp number, the plan and number of devices you choose, and any note you add.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or through the contact form, for example questions about setup or your line.
Details created when you order and use the service
- Order and payment records: the plan, the amount, the payment method, whether the payment went through and the invoice or transaction reference. If you pay through a payment link, you enter your payment details on the payment provider’s page, not on our site, so we do not receive or store your full card or bank details. If you pay with cryptocurrency, we see the sending wallet address and the transaction, as anyone can on the blockchain.
- Your line: the login details we create for you, the start and end date of your plan and the number of devices it allows. When your apps connect, the streaming servers record technical data such as the IP address and connection times. We use this to deliver the streams, apply your plan’s device limit and fix problems.
Details collected automatically
- Website request logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data for each page request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This keeps the site running and secure.
- Order buttons: when you tap a WhatsApp order button on a plan, the page records the plan and number of devices you picked. It does not record your name or contact details.
- Country lookup: on pages with a phone-number field, your browser asks ipapi.co which country your IP address is in, so the field can pre-select your country’s dialing code. Only your IP address is sent to ipapi.co, and the answer is used only for that convenience.
2. How we use it
- To set up your free trial and send the login and a setup guide on WhatsApp.
- To handle your order: send the invoice or payment link by email, confirm the payment, activate your line and send your login details on WhatsApp and by email.
- To answer your questions and help you set up your devices.
- To run the service fairly and safely: spotting repeat free-trial requests, applying the device limit of each plan, and preventing fraud or misuse.
- To keep records of orders and refunds.
- To see which plans and pages people use, so we can improve the site.
We send you messages about your trial, your order and your line. If you do not want offers from us, tell us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will stop sending them.
3. Who helps us handle your information
We use a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Website hosting – Vercel: serves this website and keeps the request logs described above.
- Order and lead database – Supabase: stores trial requests, contact messages and order requests.
- Messaging – WhatsApp (Meta): carries the messages you exchange with us. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
- Email delivery: an email delivery service sends invoices, payment links and order emails to the address you give us.
- Payment providers: the provider named on your invoice processes your payment under its own privacy policy and tells us whether the payment went through.
- Streaming servers: the providers that run the servers your line connects to receive your login and connection data so they can deliver the streams.
- Country lookup – ipapi.co: receives your IP address on pages with a phone-number field, as described above.
- Website files: fonts, icons and the phone-number picker load from Google Fonts, Font Awesome and jsDelivr. As with any web request, these services see your IP address and browser type.
- Live chat (only if switched on): if a chat window appears on the site, the chat provider shown in that window receives what you type in it.
- Page speed measurement: we use Vercel Speed Insights to see how fast our pages load for visitors. It records anonymous performance data (the page address, device type and load timings), sets no cookies and does not identify you. We do not run any other page analytics; if we add one, we will name it here and in our Cookies Policy before we switch it on.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires us to.
4. How long we keep it
- Trial requests and contact messages: for as long as we need them to answer you and to spot repeat trial requests. We delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
- Customer and order records: while your plan is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and refund records.
- WhatsApp chats: until we no longer need them to support you, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Website request logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct details that are wrong or out of date;
- delete your details (we may keep order records we need for accounting and tax);
- stop sending you offers.
To make a request, use the contact form or message us on WhatsApp. We may ask you to confirm a detail, such as the email address or WhatsApp number on your order, so we know the request comes from you. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, data-protection laws (such as the GDPR in the EU and the UK, or the CCPA in California) may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
6. Children
Our service is for adults, and you must be 18 or older to order. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
7. Security
Every page on this site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No website or app can promise perfect security, so please keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your line.
8. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses a few cookies and small browser-storage entries, for example to remember that you closed an announcement. Our Cookies Policy lists each one and explains how to control them.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change affects customers with an active plan in an important way, we will also tell them on WhatsApp or by email.
10. Contact us
