You order on WhatsApp, we email you an invoice or payment link in US dollars, and your login arrives once it is paid. Here is how each step works, what it costs and how refunds are paid, with a guide for each way to pay.
Pick 3, 6 or 12 months and 1, 2 or 3 devices on the pricing page, then tap Order on WhatsApp. If you'd like to pay a particular way, tell us there.
We email you an invoice or payment link. Before you pay, check that the plan, the number of devices and the price match what you chose.
All prices are in US dollars. If your bank account or card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee for it.
Once the invoice is paid, we activate your line and send your login on WhatsApp and by email. Our setup guides show where to enter it.
Each guide explains one way to pay, step by step. Your invoice shows which options are open for your order. Not sure which to use? Ask us on WhatsApp when you order and we'll tell you before we send the invoice.

We activate your line once your payment is confirmed. A Bitcoin payment also needs a confirmation on the Bitcoin network. Blocks arrive about every 10 minutes on average, but any single block can take longer, and some apps take a while to send your Bitcoin out. Each guide gives the times for that app.
Paid plans have a 24-hour money-back guarantee, counted from activation. Card and other non-crypto payments are refunded in US dollars to the same payment method where the payment provider allows it. If it does not, we agree another way with you. Crypto payments, including Bitcoin bought in an app such as Cash App or Venmo, are refunded in the same coin to an address you control: we send the US dollar amount you paid, converted at the exchange rate on the day we send the refund.
Ask on WhatsApp or with the contact form. The refund policy has the details.
Pay only through the invoice or payment link we email you. We never ask for passwords, one-time codes or card numbers in a chat message.
If something does not look right, message us before you pay. See how to order safely.
